EMPTY BODY ERROR for Intranet

Postby Swapril » Mon Apr 16, 2012 8:40 pm

I recently started using YaCy & indexed my main hard drive folders for my Intranet searches. But when I am trying to do this again, it shows me this error:

Error with URL input "http://localhost:8090/repository": java.io.IOException: REJECTED EMPTY RESPONSE BODY 'HTTP/1.1 404 File not Found' for URL http://localhost:8090/repository

I have no idea what this means. I have tried everything I know & it doesn't seem to make any difference..Please HELP! Since it has worked once before with no system change, it is even MORE frustrating! :(

What happens if you try http://localhost:8090/repository/ instead of http://localhost:8090/repository (notice the trailing slash!)?

In HTTP a URL with a trailing slash is a directory and without it is a file. Most web servers don't make a difference, but YaCy does. Maybe this is the problem?
